Ingredients: 500.00 ml marshmallows; 40g butter, chopped; 1000.00 ml Coco Pops; 47.50 gm white chocolate melts, melted; Cachous, to decorate

Snap, crackle, choc! This dreamy egg is a pretty Easter treat.

500.00 ml marshmallows

40g butter, chopped

1000.00 ml Coco Pops

47.50 gm white chocolate melts, melted

Cachous, to decorate

Place the marshmallows and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, until melted and thickened. Add the Coco Pops and stir to combine. Spread mixture out onto a lined baking tray and set aside to cool.

Use an egg shaped cutter to cut out egg shapes. Place shapes on a lined baking tray and place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

Drizzle melted chocolate over shapes. Decorate with cachous.
