Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a square cake pan with some butter and line with baking paper.
Step 2
Mix together the flour, cocoa powder and sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter. Pour this mix into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Step 3
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 4
Cut cake into squares and mix together the desiccated coconut and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Roll the cake squares in the coconut-cinnamon mix until fully coated.
