Looking for an easy Christmas dessert? Try these 3-ingredient, 3-step mini mint 'Viennetta' ice-creams that we can’t get enough of. Make a batch a few days before and then whip them out for a super easy end to your feast.

Step 1
Grease eight 185ml (3/4 cup) mini loaf pans. Line base and sides with baking paper, allowing the paper to overhang the two long sides.
Step 2
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium, stirring with a metal spoon halfway through, for 1 minute or until melted. Spoon chocolate into a sealable plastic bag. Snip off one corner.
Step 3
Divide half of the ice-cream (about 80ml/1/3 cup per loaf pan), among the lined pans. Snip one corner off the bag and drizzle with half the melted chocolate . Repeat with the remaining ice-cream and remaining chocolate. Sprinkle with the Aero. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen and set.
